(QAI) is a multi-disciplinary professional consulting firm
located in Fort Myers, Florida. We were founded in 1984, and
have been providing civil engineering, land planning,
landscape architecture and development consulting services
to clients in Southwest Florida ever since.

Our commissions tend to cover seven areas: civil site
design, master site planning, water management, land
entitlements, landscape architecture, GIS and conceptual
renderings.
We work throughout the
Southwest Florida region and have completed projects in Lee,
Collier, Sarasota, Hendry, Charlotte and Glades County,
including most incorporated areas with those municipalities.
We have established a
reputation for responsive service and
high quality plans at great value, and for leading the way
to profitable developments through innovative and proactive
solutions for commercial, residential, industrial and public
projects.
