Quattrone & Associates, Inc.
(QAI) is a multi-disciplinary professional consulting firm
located in Fort Myers, Florida. We were founded in 1984, and
have been providing civil engineering, land planning,
landscape architecture and development consulting services
to clients in Southwest Florida ever since.

Our commissions tend to cover
five areas: civil site design, master site planning, water
management systems, land entitlements and landscape design.
We work throughout the
Southwest Florida region and have completed projects in Lee,
Collier, Sarasota, Hendry, Charlotte and Glades County,
including most incorporated areas with those municipalities.
Current work also includes projects on the east coast in the
Miami-Dade area.
Over the years we have
established a reputation for consistently good service and
high quality product at a great value, and for providing
innovative, proactive solutions for commercial, residential,
industrial and public sector projects within our client’s
financial constraints.
