Our foundation is civil engineering. Al Quattrone, President, is a licensed engineer with over 15 years of experience. In seven years of owning QAI he has served as a development consultant and the "civil" on hundreds of commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout the region taking them from concept to completed, successful developments. He leads our engineering staff with a combined 75 years of experience, including two other P.E.'s, an engineer in training, an experienced project manager and a CADD department.
Our engineers are innovative and detailed and have fostered a reputation for producing high quality work and time sensitive turnaround. Proactive solutions to foreseeable issues early in the project, coupled with accurate site plans customized in detail to the municipalities codes, result in timely approval of your project.
We specialize in the cities of Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Naples, LaBelle, Port Charlotte and Sarasota and the counties of Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota and Hendry.
